Located in the Upper East Side, Manhattan, New York City at Henry Clay Frick House is the Frick Collection. This place is made up of the art collection of the industrialist, Henry Clay Frick. Though one of the smallest museums in the United States, this is considered a popular destination of pre-eminent collections of quality masterpieces. These paintings are arranged by Frick in accordance to his own design. Apart from Frick’s permanent collections on display, there are also temporary exhibits held on the mansion. Near the museum is the Frick Art Reference Library which includes information on sculpture, paintings, prints, drawings and illuminated manuscripts of mostly western tradition from the 4th to 20th century.
